Most modern Android flagship and mid-range devices (2019 and newer) support eSIM. A few things to check:
- Your device must be eSIM-capable (hardware support)
- Your device must be unlocked or purchased directly from the carrier (carrier-locked phones may block third-party eSIMs)

- Your Android OS should be version 10 or higher for the best experience. This will depend on the Android model and version. Not all Android models are the same.

A few things to try first:
- Visit "How it Works" menu option for setup instructions for iPhone and specific Android devices. Since not all Android devices are the same, see how to set it up for Samsung, Google Pixel, and other Android phones.
- Make sure your device is set to use the LandmarX eSIM for data (check Settings → Network → SIM preferences)
- Toggle airplane mode on and off to force a network refresh
- Confirm the eSIM is activated and hasn't expired
